Hi,
I am in the middle of planning a build. It is my first time and I need a bit of help with the parts.
Someone found me some RAM before but I cannot find it online anymore. Could you please recommend a good RAM for me. I am going to use the PC for light gaming ie Minecraft, Starmade, KSP, maybe Skyrim (not so light aha).
Here is the build so far.

Processor:  AMD Athlon II X4 750K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor

Motherboard: Asus M5A78L-M/USB3 Motherboard

Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive

Graphics Card: ASUS HD 7790 Direct CU II OC 1 GB Graphics Card

OS: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 (OEM) (64-bit)

Monitor: Samsung S22C150N 22 Inch LED Monitor

My budget is £45 for the RAM (yes I know it isn't much) but I am on a £400 just for the PC. Also I have a 305W Power Supply but I don't know if this is enough could you please help me with that also.
Everything else I have ie Case and optical drive
Thanks :D

Hi,

The only important thing is that the memory will be supported by the motherboard, BIOS and CPU/Memory controller.

According to Crucial - Memory Advisor tool for your Asus M5A78L-M/USB3 http://www.crucial.com/store/listparts.aspx?model=M5A78L&Cat=RAM
Any of these will do, preferable 8GB but it will work with 4GB 1333MHZ memory.
Then it is just to copy the part nr. and search the nearest on-line shop and buy.

For ex.

Next, the power supply unit (PSU) that you have is insufficient for that graphics card.
AMD Radeon HD 7790 PSU recommendation

500W (or greater) power supply with one 75W 6-pin PCI Express power connector recommended

Take a look at at Corsair PSU Finder http://www.corsair.com/psufinder/
For ex. http://www.corsair.com/us/power-supply-units/cx-series-psu/cx-series-cx500m-modular-atx-power-supply-500-watt-80-plus-bronze-certified-modular-psu.html
or

Then it is just to copy the part nr. and search the nearest on-line shop and buy.

That will definitely work.

Hi, ;)
Well, you can probably get by with less than 500W, the important thing is that it needs to supply at least 75W to the PCIE connector (as described in the above req.) and also supply power to the rest of your computers hardware.
It is also good to have more effect than needed at the moment, better efficiency from the PSU then.

Personally I would think of a 600-750W for future computer upgrades, especially for a heftier graphics card upgrade and other things.
