Simply buy another version of windows at your local store.
Insert the disk into your cd/ dvd rom drive.
Make sure it is set up as the boot drive.
Begin the setup process of windows.

Format the drive.
Let windows complete it`s install.

Alternative use Start8 to get the start menu back and not have to use Modern UI. Moden Mix will also allow you to run Modern UI apps in a window rather than having to go full screen.

There are other free options but I've been using this since I installed Win8 and wouldn't even consider downgrading now.

Here you go: http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=E...

Most of those are OEM or upgrades. And if you want to avoid the headache from returning bad copies avoid the market place on Amazon. I'm not sure if this is ok or will work properly but you could try just finding a Windows 7 iso for a full version then purchase a key via phone. Again i don't really know how that works or even if it works but you should be fine going OEM long as your motherboard is recently new & if your not sure how long a certain motherboard will be in stock you could probably ask in the component section to get an idea.

Edit: Actually i just came across the retail version - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... Unless you think you need Xp mode Home is pretty much all you really need.
