upgrading my 5 year old desktop (aspire 1201)

i have an aspire 1201

mb: acer rs740dvf, socket am2 (940)
cpu: athlon 64 x2 4050e
gpu: radeon hd3450
ram: 2gb ddr2
ps: 250w (?)

i want to do light gaming, counterstrike mainly. the cpu i think that is still ok, I will have to replace the gpu and the ram, and maybe the power supply. any suggestions ? I want to spend less than 200 dollars, thanks :)

well, I dont think upgrading this system is a bad idea, after all I will reuse this new components for my next systems
