Is this enough for BF3 to run at max settings?

CPU: Intel i3 12500 3rd Generation 3MB Cache @ 3.2 GHz

GPU: Inno 3d GeForce GTX 650 2GB DDR5 VRAM

RAM: 4GB Kingston DDR2 (will upgrade to 8GB)

Should be fine for single player campaign since the game does not really care how fast the CPU is as long as it does not bottleneck the GPU.

However, when playing multiplayer mode performance will be low compared to quad core CPUs simply because multiplayer is pretty CPU demanding.

My plan is to play on slighty higher than normal settings with a i3 3220 3MB Cache @ 3.3 GHz on multiplayer. I think it might work becuase right now I am using a Pentium Dual Core CPU @2.2 GHz and I could play BO2 at 20-30 FPS due to my graphics card. What's your opinion?
