This build will run Adobe Premier CS6?

Yes. This is best for that. I really do not know anything better for this price.
Really sweet deal , must say.

Video card you can drop down to GTX 650 level. But with hi res monitor It keep this.
So cheap deal now the GTX 680 video card.

RAID 0 for SSD's and for HDD's too. This is real bechmark killer for so cheap price it amazing. Case is bit high priced but really good.

Here. Those Hard Drives are extremely fast.

    Monitors:

    http://pcpartpicker.com/part/acer-monitor-eths1hp001
OR if you want a 1440p Monitor:
    http://pcpartpicker.com/part/asus-monitor-pa279q
OR you can go with the monitor AxlFone mentioned.

EDIT: Also, you don't need over 6TB of Storage....
Even 1TB is enough. The build I listed has 2TB. but you won't get nowhere near even filling the first TB.

EDIT 2: 1000W is for SLI in the future so you can continue to max out games.
  5. Do you prefer this motherboard over ASUS?
