They're all mostly the same. Everyone will give their own opinion of how this thermal paste got them 30c degrees cooler, but in thermal paste testing, the cheapest stuff performs almost as good as the diamond and platinum over priced expensive stuff. Hell, even mayonnaise works for a while before it dries out, but it even works and cools the same for a week or so.
