my intel core 2duo E7500 processor,asus mb,always pc probe show cpu=44deg mb=48deg.
pc probe threshold cpu=75deg
and mb =60deg
is it fine?

SHould be fine, could consider a better CPU cooler, but not really way out with these temps

The temp is OK. FYI, motherboards have built in temp sensors and will shut down the PC and board if any of the hardware temps spikes to high, then you know you have a problem and to start checking the fans inside the PC.

The idea is proper cooling so that NEVER happens, a spike that cause shutdown can also end up being a spike that kills the mobo (and maybe the CPU...and maybe the DRAM...etc)
