Well, i'm going to buy and use new PSU for my PC, but i don't know will it provide the 'best' power to my PC or not. So here is my PC Specs:
Processor: AMD ATHLON II X2 270 3.4Ghz Cache 2MB 65W AM3
Motherboard: Biostar A960G (AM3 , AMD760G, DDR3)
HDD: WDC 160GB SATA2 8MB - WD1600AVVS
RAM: Team Elite DDR3 PC10600 1333Mhz Dual Channel 4GB (2x2GB) 9-9-9-24 - TED34GM1333HC9DC01
VGA: Digital Alliance Radeon HD5570 1GB DDR3 128BIT

Sorry for bad english lol :)

Solution
Put all your parts in to pc part picker and it will let you know be aware their power calculator does not account for over clocking. So if you are going to OC make sure you have enough of a buffer.
