No video even with new video card

One day I turned on my PC, but no video came out. The monitor works fine as I have tried it on my laptop. Since there was no video on the desktop, I though it might be that the integrated graphics had gone bad. So I have purchased a 1GB Geforce 210. After installing that into the PCI-e slot, still don't get video. Here is what I have done: (Cables still attached to Mother Board)
Everything disconnected: Nothing spins, nothing on screen
CPU only: Fans spin, nothing on screen, things light up
RAM only: Nothing, therefore CPU has to be connected
RAM/HD/Integrated/CPU: Nothing on screen
RAM/HD/CPU/Geforce: Nothing on screen
Everything except RAM: Nothing on screen

No matter how you put it, I cannot get anything on the monitor. My guess is that the RAM is bad, but want to know what you think. The hard drive spins up, as does the fans. In addition, the CPU does work because I can feel the heat if I take off the heatsink. There are no beeps, nor does it beep during normal boot-up. I think that if you remove the RAM is does beep, but I'm not sure.

If it is the motherboard, why is that so even if everything else works? The new GPU fan spins so I don't see how this would be the problem.

Here are the specs of my machine
eMachines T5088
Pentium 4 HT @ 3.20 GHz with 800MHz FSB and 2MB L2 Cache
Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 950 w/ available PCI-Express slot
7200rpm 160GB SATA II hard drive w/ 8MB Cache

The only things I've added are:
Netgear 54Mbps Wireless PCI Adapter
Geforce 210 graphics card.

Then it sounds like an issue with the mobo. I would get it looked at by someone who really knows what they're doing.

The integrated is a VGA only, but the new Geforce has VGA, HDMI, and digital. I'm using VGA. My monitor does have a digital cable. I have tried the HDMI with my TV, but nothing.

I have tried the VGA with both the onboard and the new graphics card, but still don't get anything on my monitor.

Yes. I got this computer from Office Depot around the time Vista came out. (XP was just pulled off the shelf, so I was stuck.) So probably a good 6-7 years that I've had this running.

I have, but why upgrade if it works? (Before now that is.) It just quit working. I shut it down because it has been up for awhile, I don't leave it on 24/7 I hibernate it, so when I turned it back on, nothing.

Are you sure your power supply could support the new card? It's possible that there was too much draw and something burnt out on the mobo.

Usually if a different part of the computer is gimped, you will still get a prompt to go to BIOS as long as the mobo is still working.

I haven't burnt out the mobo on my PC thankfully (only a week old) but I have on my laptop. Fans still started, screen started, lights on keyboard started, but there was no input on the screen, and it promptly shut itself off.

I don't see any shorts or black burn areas on the motherboard or any other areas. I think Staples or Office Max has a free PC check, so I will let you know what they say provided if they offer that service. Best Buy I know will charge $70 just to look at it!

No problem at all! The more information I can gather, the better I can troubleshoot and learn. Who knows, maybe I can try to help you out in the future!

The Geforce requires a 300 watt power supply. I have a 300 watt power supply, so I don't think that is an issue. As for BIOS, I can't even get that to come up at all!
