I am using Windows 7 Home Basic on my Packard Bell 64bit and I have been trying to install Adobe CS4 Master Collection and when I run setup it give me this message "This version of the file is not compatible with the version of Windows you're running. Check your computer's system information to see whether you need an x86 (32-bit) or an x64 (64-bit) version of the program . Can someone help me on what to do. I really need to use the cs4 for my animation and promos. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Are you sure you are using a 64 bit version of windows ?? IIRC the basic version only had limited availability of the 64 bit version and was normally a 32 bit install. Do as the message says and check your windows settings to ensure if you have a 64 bit or 32 bit version installed.
