Hey guys,

I'm looking for some feedback on this build. Primary usage will be to run multiple VMs for software/web development. Lots of multitasking. I don't need a monster to give me enough grunt to do this, but I'd also like to use it for occasional gaming at high settings.

I like to tinker/fiddle so I would like to have the option of overclocking both CPU and GPU.

Also trying to somewhat future-proof it.

This is my first build, and I'm not familiar with the parts market these days.

Before the list, here are my concerns:
- CPU aftermarket cooler. Is this good enough? Enough to OC?
- PSU. Good enough?
- Case ventilation. Are the stock fans good enough?

Here is the list:

Thanks for all/any feedback :)

you can start out with this build, wich will outperform the lga 1150 build, and upgrade the cpu to a 3930k or something else.

Thanks for your input.
I'm quite unfamiliar with any other processor apart from the intel i series ivy/haswell. Are there any in particular you would recommend? And a motherboard to go with? I'm a little wary of spending over 300$ for a CPU when as far as I can tell, the i5 haswell should be quite good enough.

I've updated my parts list to reflect some feedback I've received from some friend.
