Need a good MOBO for AM2/AM2+ Socket

Hi,

I need to upgrade my motherboard as my previous MOBO ASUS M2N-SLI is gone with NIC fried chip. Can any one suggest me with good motherboard list for AMD AM2/AM2+ Socket processors.

My Configuration : -

CPU : - AMD ATHLON 6000+ 3.2 Ghz
RAM : - Transcend 2GB 800Mhz
Graphic card : - ATI RAEDON 5570

Thanks for solution, im using USB TO ETHERNET for internet pupose but the problem is different that i guess from the day it went my mobo is working irregularly. It turn off automatically, Sound will go off after 10 min or a buzz sond will come while playing WMP, after turning my UPS on my MOBO light glows when i try to turn on my PC the cabinet light glows and turns off (cpu fan on and off), if i hold the power button for sometime it will turns on and off after sometime it will on. If i save any thing in BIOS it wont again defaults loads.
Do you have any suggestion for this. i cant tell my mobo is gone it will work but not surely.......
