Getting no video

I recently acquired a HALO2 edition case from a friend. It was given to them and they never checked it. I started working on it and it powers up fine but I get no video signal. It came with a NX7600GT-VT2D256E PCI Express videocard. I have no display from that or from the on board connection. I even switched it out for a GeForce 9500GT and still no signal to the monitor. The case has an ASUS M3A78-CM motherboard and Im unsure of the processor. Ive done more troubleshooting than I can write and was wondering what all else I can do.

Im unsure if the NX7600GT works but I know for fact the GeForce9500GT does since its from my current tower. Since the post, I took the processor out and put it into another MB and also got not signal. I also put the processor from the other MB (which I know works) into the MB from the halo case and got no signal as well.
