My current setup so you can answer the question better. This is pretty much my first post.

Gigabyte GTX 670 OC 2GB
1090T 3.812mhz OC with Hyper 212+
8GB Corsair Vengeance 1333mhz
Corsair Stealth2 700w
ASUS M4A89GTD PRO USB/3

First this might answer my own question. Currently I with the 326.80 drivers can get a score of 895 with Heaven 4.0. My over clock is 100% Power, +90 Core, +400 mem. Is this considered reasonable score with settings on Extreme, Ultra, X8, 1920x1080? If so, then my question is answered. If not, I notice that when I increase my Power percentage or increase the Core or MEM the benchmark will run and my screen go black I can hear my fans on my GTX 670 actually turn off and then after a few seconds it starts back up again. Does that mean it's hit it's peak stable OC with my 895 score above?

I also think my old motherboard is holding back (possibly) a lot of my potential GTX 670 power if that makes sense as it is a 3 year old AMD motherboard. I have the latest BIOS installed but not much more I can do past buying a new MOBO which is for sure a option for me. But that is another question on a different section unless it can be answered here

I get about the same with my GTX 670 (Gigabyte Windforce 3 OC) when it is at stock. Overclocking can help. Especially the memory clock. Your motherboard shouldn't be holding you back. I had a similar issue with the power slider. To solve this, just leave it at 100% and adjust your core clock and memory clock.
