Will that power supply run this system after the GPC and CPU are OCed? Plus will it allow me to upgrade to a 780 or 7990 after the price drop and OC one of those

Also should i stick with 2x8gb for the dual channel memory or go with 4x4gb to fill all the slots?

Thanks
