Im building a pc for gaming and casual graphic design (mainly adobe cs6) My budget is abour £720. Would you make any changes?

Nothing wrong with this build, per se.
However, you should consider using a Haswell cpu (socket 1150) instead of the older Ivy Bridge CPUs as those cpus use a motherboard socket type that has no upgrade path. This means if you wanted a better cpu in the future, you'd have to upgrade your motherboard as well.
Replace i5-3570 with i5 4670
Replace motheboard to a socket 1150 z87 series. If you want to save money, use a lesser board than z87 with the i5 4670 as this combo is a locked processor with an unlocked motherboard.
