Hey Guys!

I was just browsing Newegg and discovered the new LGA 2011 Platform Haswell CPUs! Seeing a higher clock speed and lower price (http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1801596/4820k-ivy-bridge-cpu.html), I figured it must be the better CPU!

So, what I will be doing is this (most to least): Gaming, Gameplay Capturing, HD Video Editing, Schoolwork, Programming.

I will be using a GTX 770 and 16GB of 1866Mhz RAM. Also as said in the title, I'll probably do a little OCing (only on the CPU though) to around 4-4.5 Ghz, nothing extreme, down the road.

Now, I'm looking for a motherboard, but all the LGA 2011 motherboards are way too much price (and more than I'll ever need). I'd like the option for two way SLI later, minor OCing (a OC software in the MOBO that would, like, shut down the PC if something goes wrong in the OC would be nice), about 6-8 SATA III ports, and at at least 2-4 USB 3.0 ports. I'd like to keep it under around $250, but if an absolutely incredible motherboard is out their for some extra, that's fine.

Also, if I'm correct, the operating system can matter with the motherboard sometimes (I think). I'll probably be using Windows 7 or the new Windows 8.1 coming soon.

Thanks!
