White O's on screen Tags: Dell Studio Xps Windows Vista Graphics Cards Last response: September 18, 2013 9:15 AM in Windows Vista Share J C September 14, 2013 1:53:20 PM When I turn on my Dell xps 410 vista there are white O's with dots in the middle of them on the screen and it won't do anything else. Is this a crash , the motherboard or graphics card or what?
