GTX 770 or GTX 780? Also, 550 Ti and 770/780 SLI?

Hey, i have two questions. First, currently I have a 550 ti and I NEED an upgrade. Should i buy a 770, or a 780? The 780 is much more expensive then the 770 so i was wondering if it would be better just to buy the 770. If you do reccomend a 770, please tell me the exact name of one I can find on amazon. I want it to be the best 770 I can find, and im only using one monitor for those wondering. Secondly, would putting my 550 ti and 770/780 on an SLI increase my performance massively? Or will the 550 ti bottleneck the whole system? Copy and pasting a link to a guide on how to setup an SLI would be cool.

The 7950 is THE best card for the money. It matches or beats the 760 for $50 less with 3GB of RAM. Otherwise a 7970 does the same thing to the 770 for $80 less!

Buy the 770. It's alot better value than the 780. I'm fairly sure your 550 ti would not be compatible in sli with a 770 or a 780 as the series gap is great.

However, if we want to talk solely about value here, then something like the GTX 760 would probably be the best bet.
You could potentially use the 550Ti as a PhysX card for games like Batman Arkham City and Borderlands 2.
