I'm looking to upgrade my GPU tonight from an HD 7770 1gb to a GTX 660 Boost Superclocked for $204 or a GTX 760 Superclocked for $265. My budget is $275 and I was wondering if the upgrade is much of one at all, if I should consider any other cards, and if the $60 price difference is worth it. I have an i3 2120, and 8gb of RAM. Thanks!

I think you should go for the Radeon HD 7950 at that price point. Its a better upgrade for your current system. It is probably the best card with regards to performance per dollar index.

1600x900 MK, GTA 4 (get like 25 frames and cant run ice enhancer), Far Cry 3, Fallout 3, GMOD, Left 4 Dead, CSGO, BO2, Saints row 3, Crysis 2, and next gens like Watch Dogs and BF4 and GTA 5 when that decides to come to PC. I could get this i5 in like two months too http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00CO8T9VC/ref=gno_cart_title_2?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER

The suggested amount of memory for a video card with BF4 is 3gb. However, a 2gb card will run it just fine. Your 7770 with 1gb is bit lean. I suggest upgrading and the GTX 760 would be the best choice.

Do you think my i3 wil bottleneck it? I do plan on getting that i5 eventually but still.

Yes the 760 is faster than the 750Ti is going to be.
