Your question

I am thinking of building this to play Tomb Raider 2013, BF4, etc.

I want to put together an entry level, budget gaming pc.

I would like to get as close to Ultra settings at 30 fps+ with games like Tomb Raider 2013 and BF4.

Any changes you would make and still stay below a $600 budget?
