Hi there! As the title suggest, I'm looking to build my first gaming rig. Up until now, I have been using my laptop (bad I know) to play games such as League of Legends, Diablo III, and Guild Wars 2 sooo it's time to stop doing that, haha.

Will this set up work out okey? I'm mostly going to use it for gaming and maybe a little design work (but I have my laptop for that). I'm looking at a $1000-$1500 budget at the moment..

CPU: Intel Core i5 4430 Quad Core 3.0GHZ Processor LGA1150 Haswell 6MB Cache ($201.99 @

CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler ($34.98 @

Motherboard: ASUS H87M-E mATX LGA1150 H87 DDR3 Motherboard ($99.99 @

Memory: Kingston HyperX Blu Black Series 8GB 2X4GB DDR3-1600 CL9 DIMM Dual Channel Memory Kit ($72.99 @

Storage: WD Caviar Black 1TB SATA3 6GB/S 7200RPM 64MB Cache 3.5in Dual Proc Hard Drive OEM ($99.98 @

Video Card: ASUS GeForce GTX 660 OC DirectCU 1020MHZ 2GB 6.0GHZ ($194.99 @

Case: NZXT Phantom 410 ATX Steel Computer Case ($79.99 @

Power Supply: EVGA Supernova NEX750B 750W ATX EPS12V Power Supply 80PLUS Bronze ($89.99 @

SSD: Samsung 840 Series 120GB 2.5in SATA3 MDX Solid State Disk Flash Drive SSD ($99.99 @

Monitor: ASUS MX239H 23in Widescreen ($239.99 @

As for keyboard and mouse, I'm looking to get Razer peripherals.. but haven't decided which ones yet.

Any advice or tips is greatly appreciated! (If I can save money anywhere that'd be great as well~)

Thank you! :D
