Hey guys, I need some help!

I built my own computer over a year ago and I've been using it exclusively for gaming. However, I am not starting to use it for more every day things and I've noticed how loud the computer fan was!

I have 2 options
1) Get a fan speed controller (fans are running at 100% at the moment)
2) Buy better fans

Which route should I take? Money is not an option

I have 3 case fans:

My cpu fan is:

If I was to get new fans do I have to look for compatibility? Which ones do you guys recommend?

If I was to get a fan speed controller, what should I get?

'' My fans aren't connected though, you think it'll be a better idea for me to connect them to the mb than getting a fan speed controller?''

your motherboard control the speed of the case fan and monitored by the software furnish with it and even by the bios
so connect all the fan on the motherboard and let me know..
