I've just bought a new gaming pc with windows 7, it only had a standard VGA graphics card so i bought a AMd Radeon HD6570 2 gig graphics card. After putting in the new card and restarting my pc it only shows the "windows is starting up" screen and won't go any further, I can't even run the CD to install it...any suggestions?
Windows won't start up after installing a new graphics card.

If it New new pc pull the gpu check that all the drivers are installed for mb chipset. On the gpu make sure both power plugs are plugged in if the card has two. Before put the card back in check that the bios on mb updated to rule out bios bug.
