I want to use this old pc i have but it has a broken graphics card. But it can be accessed but only in vga mode.

If i remotely connect to it using my laptop, is that even possible? Or will it still show the low resolution if i remotely connect to it?

Use f8 safe mode go in try installing mb chipset drivers and gpu drivers. Try the gpu in another pc or a test had with clean os to see if the card is bad.

I did update my nvidia drivers before. But it didnt work. Its not starting windows normally. The monitor turns on and off after the windows XP splash.
So im pretty sure the graphics card has no chance.

Just VNC it, or if you have professional or ultimate you can use the remote desktop.
