I have been shopping around for a PSU for about a week now.. and yet to find anything that just says DAMN.. gotta have this! Mainly due to quality and price. I have gotten a few recommendations from some people, but yet to actually make a decision. I need some more input. This PSU (in the title) has a freakin 10 year warranty!! I never seen that! So I ask.. hmm.. why? LOL Something wrong with it? Will if fail multiple times during that decade? Reviews and such has made my decision way too hard! Also.. not really knowing what I'll need for a PSU.. here's a rundown of what I'm looking at building:
Intel Core i5-4670K 3.4GHz Quad-Core
MSI Z87-G45 Gaming ATX LGA1150
EVGA GeForce GTX 760 4GB SC (or FTW version)
Cooler Master HAF 922 ATX Mid Tower
G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-2133
Asus DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS DVD/CD Writer
Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing
COOLER MASTER Megaflow 200 R4-LUS-07AR-GP 200mm Red LED Case cooler
Samsung 840 EVO 120GB 2.5" SSD
I already have a Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB drive waiting.

NOW..2 questions.. that PSU, and the recommended Cooling. #1. I do plan on doing SLI LATER ON, as well as more RAM. So is this PSU capable of handling all this?? If so.. then please let me know how much room I have left for additional fans, and/or case fans if need be. (budget is around $120 or less U.S)
#2. I have read a lot about the new Haswells running a bit hotter than the last gen. Would the cooler I have selected be suffice for stock? And maybe a boost to 4.0ghz or higher OC? If not.. then please point me in the direction of the best price component I will need. Also.. I have heard that the AIO coolers fail reasonably quick due to increased temp from OC'ing. Either way.. help! (budget is around $100 or less.. and that's pushing it) :)
Thanks all in advance!

What about the new Corsair RM 750 quiet PSU it smaller I think than the EVGA one http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139055 it will be enough for sli and more ram.Get a Corsair 300R case $10 cheaper and is looks better http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811139016.
As for cooler it would be fine for stock and up to 4ghz anything more I would get a H80i http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835181031 I hear you can reach about 4.3ghz with this cooler maybe 4.4 if you have a good chip.

I was actually looking at that corsair too. Tho there is no reviews on it yet.. at least from people who have purchased from newegg.
I heard that the AIO coolers go bad rather quickly with the cpu oc'ed. fact or myth? I'm going for the HAF MAINLY for the air flow. Originally I was going to get the corsair carbide 400r. But the haf has much more room, and now the newer version has a black interior, like I wanted. Also.. is already comes with a red led fan to math the mobo.. Even tho, no side window.. I want at least that to match, Kinda OCD like that :)

I will say this tho.. I have seen people posting that they're getting low 30's and even high 20's with their i5 4670k cpu's using the cm hyoer 212 evo. Some claim to have oc'ed it.. but IMO.. I doubt it. With haswells running hot anyways.. (due to that shyt they put inside the chip) It';s almost like a conspiracy theory.. trying to get people to buy some liquid cooling system instead of the cheaper air cooling lol

I'm not really worried.. I just hate wasting $ like everyone else does. If the 750W will provide EVERYTHING I need to push..then I'll go ahead and get it. I guess that's what RMA's are for if they fail right? lol I was basically trying to gather a majority decision.. (and input on the amount of watts/amps i'll need for the build) I don't want to have to buy another PSU when I make upgrades.. see my point? :)
