I need to get a new PSU for my PC but its is very small and i hve no idea if it will fit, this is what i was looking at

Why do you "need" a 500W PSU?

Also the PSU you are looking at is rated at just being able to pull 350W its a terrible PSU.

This is the cheapest 450W PSU you can get in the UK that doesn't compromise on quality:
