Gaming Rig Question

Solution
OS is pirated. That's for sure. Parts wise its pretty good actually. Price you party isn't to far off from normal used prices. Not a steal, but I've seen much worse deals.

Just buy and replace the os shop you don't have any legal/virus worries.

Well you can always build your PC for cheaper if you know where to find cheap parts that are not just fake. I think you should get this one its well build. But start asking around the city (where you live) where you can find cheaper parts, and maybe you can build that same PC for 500$ I built my PC for 300$ and normally it would cost around 500$ (now i didn't build it, my brother did) he knows much more about hardware than me im more of Program and Games guy :D

Personally, I would avoid anything being sold on Craigslist unless it came from a reputable dealer/business. You will probably not have any type of warranty coverage and I would not be surprised if most (if not all) of the software installed is bootleg since you will receive NO CD copies. Also, there is no guarantee this is a new machine. I would check around locally at REAL businesses to see what you can find. Or, my preference/suggestion would be to go to pcpartpicker.com and choose your own parts and build your own. Plenty of videos and write-ups on the web (YouTube, here and a multitude of other places) that will guide you through building your own system.

Totally agree (plus i think that is illegal). The best thing you can do is to go to different stores and ask them for good but cheap GPUS, RAM, CPUs, HDDs and stuff like that. Build it and you will make much more better PC for much smaller price BUT ONLY IF THEY ARE CHEAPER THEN ALL OTHER SELLERS. Spending 2 months may be a long time but its a total payoff.
