Initially problem starts with my DVD writer suddenly it stops reading CDs/DVDs...
After 3-4 months, USB slots were not detecting ....and now its LAN CARD...

If i insert a LAN card ..No display on monitor ..but CPU fans are working..
If i remove LAN Card ..then system boots properly..

So , now my system has No DVD Writer , NO USB Slots And No LAN Card......

My System Configuration is...
AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 3600+, 1.91 GHz, 1.87 GB RAM

Sounds like a driver issue. You also may have some malware. I recommend backing up your data on a usb hard drive or thumb drive and then reinstalling a clean version f windows( reformat your C drive and remove/ replace all partitions). You should then be able to use your amenities.

In the future, have a good antivirus and malware sniffer program, if you don't already. Also, create a user level profile for yourself and use that rather than the admin login for daily use. Never surf with admin privs.

Yes, you can put in a hard disk to a sata port on the motherboard, do a quick format and copy everything over. Serial to Sata cables are available: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16812270245&nm_mc=KNC-GoogleAdwords&cm_mmc=KNC-GoogleAdwords-_-pla-_-SATA+%2f+eSATA+Cables-_-N82E16812270245&gclid=CIPWpJyC1rkCFcbm7Aod63kArw

You can also get a new hard disk, reinstall windows on that and then copy everything over from the old hard disk after scanning it with you anti-virus software.

If your issues start up again after the new image, you may have some actual hardware issues. I have an ASUS M2N and they don't age gracefully. Its probably time to upgrade anyhow.
