How many watts do I need?

I don't want to go overkill with 1200+ watts as a PSU, but right now I picked an AX760 and I'm wondering if I will have enough. I'm not planning on overclocking right from the start, but I want to know if I made the right decision.

CPU: Intel Core i5-4670 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor
CPU Cooler: Corsair H100i 77.0 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler
Motherboard: MSI Z87-GD65 Gaming ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
Memory: Corsair Vengeance Pro 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1866 Memory
Storage: Samsung 840 EVO 120GB 2.5" Solid State Disk
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 2TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Video Card: MSI GeForce GTX 770 2GB Video Card
Network: Linksys WMP600N Wireless PCI Adapter
DVD: Samsung DVR DL 24X,SATA
Case: Cooler Master Storm Trooper ATX Full Tower Case

and instead of expensive platinum ax760
i will suggest corsair GOLD AX750

as stated above, XFX 550 is the minimum
but your build deserves better than that

a quality 600-650 watt PSU would suit your needs for now (single 770 GPU), but if you plan on OC'ing or SLI'ing in the future then somethig larger (wattage-wise) would be needed. If you are not going to be pushing the OC limits of your CPU, then your choice of PSU is good. If you are possibly looking at SLI in the future, then you will need around an 850 watt PSU for that, plus more for any OC'ing you might do.

I really don't mind the little extra cost. But you think that with this current build I have more than enough with the 760? I'm just hoping it won't damage any of the components by not giving a constant enough wattage supply. Not sure how "watts" work, so yeah.
