Hi you dont have to reinstall windows. Change your setting back the way it was and then boot into windows.

Then follow this guide: http://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/987378-how-to-switch-from-ide-to-ahci-without-repairingreinstalling-windows/
It is really quick to do.

It should fix your speed problems, I have done this many times myself.

If it doesn't work then you are probably not saving the setting in the registry or you are not saving your bios changes. Sometimes Intel SATA2 ports can be faster than Marvell SATA3. On my PC the SATA2 is faster.

But first try SATA 3 with AHCI.

Hi, Sorry for your troubles.

It is great that you got AHCI working, I guarantee that will have visible improvements in your windows usage with you SSD. My SSD even froze on IDE from time to time.

When you copy from SSD to SSD you are potentially flooding its buffers and the SATA bus and you are not measuing true speed of the drive.

Can you use AS SSD to benchmark instead of copying from the SSD to the SSD?

Thanks,
Gabor

i didn't update version for it till now , also i did disable marvell atm .. i got another problem -.- when i left pc for a time like 1 ~ 2 hour then come back i see it's very lagy what should i do to fix this ?

You have the drives setup correctly, SATA3_0 and SATA3_1 are indeed the 6Gb ports (middle ports) and SATA2_2 to SATA2_5 are 3Gb ports.

In BIOS, UEFI Setup Utility > Advanced > Storage Configuration > SATA Mode = AHCI

ALso if your not using the IDE or Marvel controllers, just disable them.

Also have you installed the Intel Rapid Storage Technology driver and utility, will tell you info on how drives are configured.

Failing that, I think things have got screwed up and your best doing a reinstall.
