System problems after self-built PC

I present you the specifications of my self-built PC:

Intel 3rd Generation Core i7-3770K CPU (4 x 3.50GHz, Ivy Bridge, Socket 1155, 8Mb L3 Cache Intel Turbo Boost Technology 2.0

Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB SATA 6Gb/s 64MB Cache - OEM (WD1002FAEX)
Thermalright HR-02 Macho CPU Cooler

Since some time I have been facing problems as:
-blue screens about lost memory.,IRQ etc
-high temperature during playing games around 80*! ;/(got two fans already and Arctic Silver Artic Silver 5 3.5g Thermo Paste Syringe)
- after a while PC resets by itself many times

Help me please;/

I didn't use a lot just how was recommended from youtube/google (flat not a lot).

Standard temps:
CPU 36C
GPU 25-32C
 
That doesn't answer 13th monkey's question - was the 80c on your CPU or GPU?

If the temp is on your GPU, next step I recommend is to download memtest86, put it on a thumb drive, make drive bootable (instructions for this are also on memtest site), boot from thumb drive. run it on your RAM. if you see any errors, one of your sticks is bad.
