My computer works really good for most of the games I want to play, like League Of Legends, Skyrim (on the lowest graphics), Dishonored (also lowest graphics), but games like Tera, or Outlast, Forge and Saints Row III work on a really low FPS rate, here are my stats, what could I change for better performance?

Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bits
AMD Athlon(tm) II X4 620 processor 2.60 GHz
6 GB RAM
ATI Radeon HD 5450
750 GB hard disc

I would change the AMD Athlon to a AMD Fx-8350 or an i5 depending on your preference, and upgrade the motherboard to match, get 2 x 4 GB ram (1600 Mhz or better) and upgrade your card to at least a Radeon 7770 if not a Radeon 7950 or something like that, and get a solid state drive for the operating system (128 GB will do), and use the 750 GB HDD for your games and files.

First thing I would upgrade is your core and maybe your graphics card however for ultra-low minimum settings, you should be fine. You don't need an SSD and a 7950 is overkill for LoL and low settings. I don't know how well Dishonored or SR3 will perform however, they can be stressful. Definitely look to upgrade the core to something with at least 3 Ghz if you can and maybe something like the 7770 wouldn't hurt. Skyrim is a CPU whore just saying. If your HDD is spinning in at least 7200 RPM you should be fine. As for RAM, if its running at say 1333 Mhz or higher you should be fine. 8GB is recommended but most games really only need about 4GB or so.

Your hard drive, ram, and os are perfectly fine, however i to start making a better pc i would first invest in a new graphics card, something of a 7850 or a 650tiboost are very cheap and offer fantastic performance on a budget. The next thing which you are going to want to upgrade is your CPU because it will cause you to lag in some of the newer cpu intensive games of today. But considering that you have either a am2+ or an am3 cpu socket in you motherboard so you would probably need a new motherboard as well to make that upgrade. Therefore i would say about 100-150 dolalrs for a graphics card, and then 150-200 to a new cpu and mobo combo...... Also if you dont know what your power supply is then you may not be able to upgrade anything therefore, try to find that out and report back, because if you dont have enough power to upgrade you will need a new one, however dont worry too much cause a new corsair biulder series psu should only run you about 50 dollars for all the wattage you should need.
