I play at 1920 x 1200 on a 27" monitor. My main amount of time is spent playing Guild Wars 2 and with my Q6600 and the HD 5850 I really have to turn things down to enjoy large zergs and mass events.
I am looking at an i5- 4670K with 8GB of Memory and a Samsung 840 Pro 256Gb as boot and game drive.
With the above new base setup at what point with new cards would I start to see real performance increase?
