So my girlfriends parents computer has gone into a dreaded boot failure problem. It boots to the loading windows screen, then goes black and unresponsive. I tried doing a restore, but now has gone into a cannot complete the installation and need to reboot loop. Any ideas? I do not have the original install disks. the computer specs are: win 7 home premium 64 bit, intel E5800, intel GMA X4500 graphics, 3GB DDR3 ram, 1TB Hrd drive.

Things like that are often a drive issue. You need to get the setup disks (maybe from the company) and try on a new hard drive.
