can i run the latest games with this build

Well this is my first build and I want to know if this is a good build and will it run all the latest games at high settings. I would like to know some improvements I can do and are my specs even compatible with each other?

For gaming, you could drop to an i5 and 8gb RAM and see no performance change at all.

Also, that motherboard is pretty pricey. there are other cheaper boards that will do everything the same.
