Gigabyte Radeon 7950?

Is the Gigabyte Radeon HD 7950 a good card? I want to get the new Battlefield 4 coming out soon, but i need a new graphics card. Will this card be able to run it at a good framerate and on the best for second to best settings? Also at NewEgg it is currently out of stock and i think on amazon it is $250. Is there anywhere that will sell it to me for around $200-$225?

the recommended configuration of BF4 is 7870 graphics card and above. 7950 3GB is sufficient to play it. it looks newegg has promotion on the segement.
