GTX 560 Ti Help!

Ok so i have a GeForce GTX 560 Ti and a AMD Phenom II x4 960T 3.0GHz Processor and i was looking up vids of people who have the same and they are running BF3 and other high end graphics games on max settiings with no lag or choppiness....also i have a very old Samsung HD 160jj/p harddrive and i was wondering if i upgraded to a 256gb SSD would that help any ...if not what is wrong with my stuff compared to others.... Please help and thank you :)

An SSD wouldn't supply extra FPS but, while you are staring at a loading screen with that old hard drive, you could be in the game with an SSD.

So if that only helps with load times then what could it be .... I also have a ASUS M4A88TD-V EVO/USB3 MoBo... i just dont get it

You're motherboard has a sata III port which the ssd needs, so just buy this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

And there is a print on your motherboard that shows you where the sata iii port is. :)
