1) Check all connections, AC power cord in wall and computer. Make sure nothing loose.
2) Check and make sure your wall outlet has power, does your monitor turn on?
3) Check to see if PSU is dead. It is possible, especially if you had your computer off and plugged in without a surge protector, and there was a power surge.

Unplug the PSU from everything and short the green wire on the 24-pin ATX header (the big one that goes into the motherboard) with any black wire. You can use a paper clip. See if the PSU turns on. If it doesn't, thats your problem.
