Sapphire radeon HD 7950 an i5 6570k Starcraft 2?

I'm planning to builds pc. Will these two run sc2 on ultra 1080p? + song in background and Skype and a second monitor? I included 1600mhz 2x4gb ram so yes I got the ram for the multi. A good msi motherboard recommended and 600w won't be overcloakcing.

Like above, any board would be good, As for the specs itself, I can run SC2 on Ultra, everything max at average 30 fps with a Phenom II X4 965 at stock speeds and a 2 gig DDR3 7750. So that would be easily enough to run it. I also run pandora, several web pages, and host skype calls on my second monitor as well.
