Would a SAPPHIRE 21197-00-40G Radeon HD 7970 3GB 384-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card fit a AMD 760G Motherboard?

it will work on that MB, yes. But measure to be sure you have the room (length) for the card inside the case. It may run into drive cages. Also be sure you have enough PSU. That is a 200W card maxed out and will require 16.7 amps from the PSU's +12V rail(s). Check your PSU's nameplate or tell us the make/model of the PSU.
