So, I am planning on building my first setup for around $2000-$3000. I have two completely different builds that I've made, can anyone tell me which one is better? Or you could set me up with something else that you feel is even better. Also, note that I am going to have a triple monitor setup. Thanks!

Here are the two builds:

Is there anything else I'll be needing? Such as cables, extra things for the triple monitors, etc.?

as for monitors, you will need to make sure you have enough dvi/vga/hdmi cables. don't know if you will need anything more than that, depends on how many sata connectors etc. that your mobo provides. you can always order more if you don't have enough cables.

For sure the 2nd one. As for extra you will need 2 HDMI cables and a DVI cable.

Can I use two HDMI cables or will I need one of each HDMI, VGA, and DVI?
