which card is better for my current rig

hello i have an old rig i use for gaming because i cant afford a new pc right now my friend gave me his old rig for free since im kinda poor any how its got an athlon 64 x2 6000+ 3.0 ghz cpu 4 1 gig sticks of ddr2 and an asus crossfire mobo with a 380 watt psu that im going to be upgrading to more watts my question is which card is better for games like resident evil 5 ghosts busters and homefront the choices i have that are in my price range are a 3870X2 or a 4870 im tempted to go with the dual gpu card since resident evilo 5 supports sli and crossfire what do you guys think is the better card i know my cpu is old but its all i have

I have no idea why you'd be looking in such an outdated area. I'm not even sure where you'd find those cards anymore except overpriced ones on eBay.
