Security Center + Download Issue!!!

Hello!

- My Security Center is forever OFF because it "can't start" and NEVER CAN.

- My computer refuses & FAILS to download anything and everything.

^ It will say, "loading 10%...60%...99%...etc" & then BAM. "file couldn't be downloaded" EVERY SINGLE FRIGGIN' TIME.

PLEASE HELP ME.

I am so frusturated & lost. I feel like I've wasted HOURS on pointless tactics that don't fix any of my problems.

Someone please be super intelligent & capable & please oh please help me.

Anything is appreciated.

you could try this one free install only the antivirus software and do a virus check without the network connected all you need to register it is a e-mail http://www.avast.com/index you could also do a virus scan at start up with it before windows load in the system .

Sorry, but I am totally clueless about computers. I don't even know how to do a virus-scan or whatever ... :/

I have no idea! I don't think I even have one now ... because NOTHING in the security area works. My Firewall's and Defender's and EVERYTHING is like errored.
