When I boot up my computer it flashes a blue screen and then goes to do you want to repair the computer or restart normally. When you go to repair it ends up saying it cannot fix it and would you like to send a message. I do so and the computer shuts down. Then goes through the start up cycle of blue screen and then the two options. When I click on start it normally it just goes through this cycle again. The hardware check said that everything was fine and I was told that it is a software issue. Is there something that I can do to fix it? Please help
