pci express x16 running v1.1

Hi,
I just realized GPU-Z showing my card running at pci-E x16 1.1 and that my card supports v3.0. Will this hurt performance and how can i fix this? i just built this budget(upgrade) pc. The motherboard is a MSI socket FM2 .

your card must be on energy saving and she wiil work at 3.0 when needed press the ? mark in gpu-z that will start the rendering and your card will run 3.0
