Typing numbers and Force Shutdown

Hi good afternoon...is there anyone out there know how to fix this problem?
The pc will automatically typing numbers, specially 10001 and then search window will open then windows media player and then it will shutdown.

how can i fix this one?..any help pls..tnx

i prefer these- MalwareBytes, BitDefender, Stinger(this is a standalone tool from McAfee) i believe between these three they can detect almost all possible threats
i would have thought its a keyboard problem, but because it shuts down afterwards i would believe this clearly points to a virus infection
run a full scan with these 3 programs, then replace the keyboard(just to be sure), if nothing works i'm afraid u will have to wipe ur Hard Drive and reinstall Windows

what if this is a virus?...i already run a full system scan and no threat was found...what kind of antivirus should i use?...tnx
