I need to build a computer that is comfortable enough to run 4 different internet's in priory order, also needs to be an amd processor with 4 GB or ram and 32 bit, which i have (not the ram) but the operating system. It needs to be able to run multiple internet tabs along with email in 4 different accounts on 2 separate screens. I need to be able to do heavy heavy internet applications. Please and thank you in advance.

Would you recommend to use the pci controlled Ethernet for the rest of the other 2 Ethernet ports i need on there?

If you mean to use a pci ethernet card, yes, because i don't know any other ways to add ethernet ports.

Is there a motherboard that will support 3 different aftermarket pci Ethernet cards, or no? I need a total of 4 (I forgot there was one plugged into the bottom of the PC as well. It has to be an AM3+ socket motherboard tho, that's the hard part.

Can you link me to the card that you have in mind?

And do you mean 4 ethernet ports or 4 ethernet CARDS with multiple ports each?

I just need to be able to plug in 4 Ethernet cables (2 of which dont have internet, and are specialized to run to the functioning machine on the other site of it), and be able to set priorities on each of them. If this can be achieved by using multi-port Ethernet cards then sure ill just take one with 4 on there if you can point it out, i really dont have a card in mind at the moment but i can show you my build, so far.

PC Part Picker Link

Also i do not want to go very expensive, and might cut back the processor, as its a networking computer for the most part so nothing is hardly stored on the hard drives, the 320 will be used as a backup drive, and it has to run the 32 bit windows 7 professional, maybe 8 in the future. I do want a solid state drive in there since it runs most of the time and regular hard drives seem to lag after awhile of running. The motherboard can be changed as long as it has the UEFI bios and the 3.0 usb front header on it (those are crucial).

I suggest going with the ASRock Extreme 3. It has USB 3.0, and it has room for 3 of those ethernet cards and including the on board ethernet port, it totals 4. It's also cheaper than the asus. It also has UEFI.

Not really, its basically like a usb port. They should all work the same. I would go with one that is cheap and has an ok warranty just in case. But as long as you go with a cheap one, if it doesn't work just get another one. By doesn't work I mean dead on arrival because all of them should work.

One thing to look out for, Make sure it says PCIe X1
If it's just PCI, that is a different type of slot and the motherboard only has 2 of those so you will only get a max of 3 ports. The one you had in the list was PCIe X1 so it's good.

Also, when you are putting them in your motherboard, this is what the layout will be like.

1. Ethernet Card
2. Video Card
3. Ethernet Card
4. Ethernet Card

The video card needs to go on the 16x slot (the big long one)

To fit all of the ethernet cards in there, you will have to put one card on top of the video card. Don't worry it won't interfere, but just keep in mind that the video card will go second because in most builds the video card is the first card to go in.

Also, the ethernet card will fit in any of the other PCIe slots (not PCI, be careful), but your video card should be in the longest one. So even if there is a slot that is bigger than the slot on the card, it's ok. It will work just the same.
