New graphic card, compatibility: Sapphire Radeon HD 6670

Hello everyone, this is my current rig:
Processor: i5 760
MotherBoard: Intel DH55TC
RAM: Transcend 6 GB (3 X 2 GB)
HDD: 1 TB Caviar Green
SMPS: VIP 400W Gold
Graphic Card: nvidia 9400 GT

I intend replacing my old nvidia with a card that retails around 5000 Rs/-. So my options are nvidia 640 or radeon hd 6670. The radeon seems to perform better in benchmarks and morover its a gddr5. But however would like to know if there could be an issue of incompatibility with the rest of my rig, and that the 400w vip smps would be sufficient in powering it? Thanks alot

  1. How many amps does it put out on the +12v rails? Hopefully it will tell you on a sticker on the side of the PSU.
  2. Is this your PSU?

Man, you are really going to be cutting it close, but yes, I think you should be ok, barely. No guarantees from me though.
