Need help build $800 Comp

ive never done this before but i need help piking out parts for the computer...iim trying to build a computer so that i can play some games and also do some photo/video editting... my monitor is pretty big 1920x1080 idk if that matter... can some one please help me my budget is 800 a little over is ok
